Make Matcha & Onigiri a Global Breakfast Standard.
with Matcha and Onigiri.
NIGICHA's Commitment
NIGICHA is not a place
that offers special experiences.
We value being somewhere you can visit daily,
returning to the same feeling whenever you come.
We cherish quietly remaining
a part of your everyday life.
Aftertaste over speed.
Reproducibility over flashiness.
We chose continuity in daily life
over fleeting excitement.
Tea’s flavor changes completely
with just a shift in water temperature or steeping time.
More flavorful tea,
in everyday life.
That question
is how NIGICHA began.
We chose Onigiri
not for nostalgia.
But to bring rice back
to the center of daily life.
Extending this philosophy,
we use domestic rice like
Tsuyahime from Shonai Town, Yamagata Prefecture,
and Koshihikari from Minamiuonuma,
alongside tea leaves from Yame.
That is
the essence of NIGICHA.
Water temperature and time
Water temperature and steeping time.
Just that alone
can completely change the character of the tea.
The center of daily life
Not just any special meal,
but a meal that brings us back to the heart of everyday life.
