Product Description
These rice balls are made from fresh chicken eggs, frozen once, and then slowly marinated in a special truffle soy sauce. The freezing process turns the yolk into a chewy texture and gives it a rich, creamy flavor.
The special truffle soy sauce, made with a rich truffle assiette (chopped truffles), brings out the rich aroma and flavor of the eggs, and the rich flavor spreads in the mouth. The truffle aroma and the rich flavor of the egg are in perfect harmony in this luxurious rice ball.
The rice is made from carefully selected domestic rice such as Tsuyahime from Shonai-machi, Yamagata Prefecture and Koshihikari from Minamiuonuma. The fluffy texture and sweetness of the rice enhances the aroma of the truffle and the flavor of the egg.
For the salt, we use carefully selected tasty salt, which brings the overall flavor together exquisitely.
