Product Description
Using fresh salmon roe from Hokkaido, we carefully select the freshest salmon roe and marinate it in soy sauce. The salmon roe is shipped directly from Hokkaido, and is slowly finished with skilled techniques and unique manufacturing methods under thorough hygienic control to provide a blissful texture that is perfectly soft and chewy in the mouth.
In addition, chopped mitsuba stems are sprinkled as an accent. The unique aroma not only enhances the flavor of the salmon roe, but also has health benefits such as increasing appetite, promoting digestion, and relieving stress.
The rice is made from carefully selected domestic rice such as “Tsuyahime” from Shonai-machi, Yamagata Prefecture and “Koshihikari” from Minamiuonuma. The fluffy and sweet texture enhances the rich flavor of the salmon roe. For the salt, we use carefully selected salt that has a delicious flavor, which perfectly harmonizes the flavors of the rice and the salmon roe.
