Product Description
This exquisite rice ball is made with fresh musuko (trout roe) shipped directly from Hokkaido and combined with Koshihikari rice produced in Minamiuonuma. Sujiko is carefully marinated in salt and has a deep flavor that blends perfectly with the rice. The aroma of the accompanying shiso leaves further enhances the rich flavor of the musuko.
The rice is made from carefully selected domestic rice such as “Tsuyahime” from Shonai-machi, Yamagata Prefecture and “Koshihikari” from Minami-uonuma. The fluffy rice is cooked in harmony with the musuko, and the sweetness of each grain makes for a luxurious experience.
