Product Description

Spicy cod roe directly from Hokkaido is combined with rich egg yolk mayonnaise and Hokkaido cream cheese to create a special flavorful rice ball. The tangy and spicy mentaiko is perfectly blended with the mild and rich cream cheese to create a rich flavor.

For the rice, we use carefully selected domestic rice such as Tsuyahime from Shonai-machi, Yamagata Prefecture and Koshihikari from Minamiuonuma, both of which are highly regarded in Japan. The fluffy rice enhances the flavor of the ingredients. In addition, carefully selected tasty salt is used to further bring out the flavor of the ingredients.

*Brown and black rice may be served around noon due to the cooking process. Until around 11:00 a.m., only white rice will be served.
