These onigiri are made with Shonai-machi rice, produced in Shonai-machi, Yamagata Prefecture, and have an elegant flavor of matcha green tea and salted kelp.
The matcha is from Yamecha green tea grown in the rich nature of Yame City, Fukuoka Prefecture. The mellow and mellow aroma creates an exquisite harmony with the rice.
The salted kelp is made from Hokkaido kelp, and the flavor of the kelp enhances the aroma of the matcha. The combination of luxurious ingredients delivers a deep flavor with every bite.
